黄捷教授，现任福州大学电气工程与自动化学院教授、博士生导师、福建省自动化学会副理事长、福州大学5G+工业互联网研究院院长、福州市科创走廊首席科技顾问、数字福建专家委委员、福建省闽江学者奖励计划特聘教授、福建省高校科研杰出青年人才、福州大学旗山学者、福建省第四批闽江科学传播学者、福州大学数字化转型研究中心主任、中国自动化学会混合智能专委会委员、中国自动化学会智慧教育专委会委员、中国高等教育学会科技服务专家指导委员会委员、《福州大学学报（自然科学版）》期刊青年编委、《无人系统技术》期刊青年编委等。2017年度首届IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica Norbert Wiener Review Award、2021年度SCIENCE CHINA Information Science Five-Year High-Impact Paper Award获得者。担任多个IEEE国际会议的区域主席、程序主席、组织主席（ISPDC2016、PRE-IROS2021、CISC2021、ICNSC2021、ICCAR2022、PRE-IROS2022等）。主要研究：多智能体系统混合智能、产业数字化转型、分布式绿色能源、5G+工业互联网等新基建创新理论与应用等。近几年，黄捷教授发表SCI/EI论文100余篇，主持中国国家自然科学基金、中国工程院院地合作项目、教育部人文社科项目、福建省自然科学基金、福建省社科规划项目、福建省新型智库项目、福建省人民政府发展研究中心重大课题、福建省发改委数字经济课题等纵向科研项目30余项，参与中国、欧盟、荷兰国家级重点课题6项。

Professor Huang Jie is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Fuzhou University, the vice chairman of the Fujian Association of Automation, the dean of the 5G+ Industrial Internet Research Institute of Fuzhou University, the chief scientific and technological consultant of Fuzhou Science and Technology Corridor, and a member of the Digital Fujian Expert Committee, Distinguished Professor of Fujian Minjiang Scholars Award Program, Outstanding Young Talents in Scientific Research in Fujian Province, Qishan Scholar of Fuzhou University, the fourth batch of Minjiang Science Promotion Scholars in Fujian Province, Director of Digital Transformation Research Center of Fuzhou University, member of Hybrid Intelligence Special Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, member of the Smart Education Special Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, member of the Expert Steering Committee of Science and Technology Services of the China Association of Higher Education, member of the youth editorial board of the journal "Journal of Fuzhou University (Natural Science Edition)", and member of the youth editorial board of the journal "Unmanned Systems Technology". His is the Winner of the first IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica Norbert Wiener Review Award in 2017 and the 2021 SCIENCE CHINA Information Science Five-Year High-Impact Paper Award. He served as regional chair, program chair, organization chair of several IEEE international conferences (ISPDC2016, PRE-IROS2021, CISC2021, ICNSC2021, ICCAR2022, PRE-IROS2022, etc.). Main researches interests: multi-agent system hybrid intelligence, industrial digital transformation, distributed green energy, 5G + industrial Internet, etc. In recent years, Professor Huang Jie has published more than 100 SCI/EI papers, and is the project principal of more than 30 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Academy of Engineering Cooperation Project, the Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education, the Fujian Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Fujian Provincial Social Science Planning Project, Fujian Provincial New Think Tank Project, the Major Project of the Development Research Center of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, and the Digital Economy Project of the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission. He participated in 6 national key projects in China, the European Union and the Netherlands.
