Prof. Zhenhong Lin from South China University of Technology 

林镇宏教授，华南理工大学

林镇宏，中国籍，广东惠来人，海外高层次引进人才，长聘教授，博士生导师，2002年于清华大学汽车工程系毕业取得学士和硕士学位，2008年于加州大学戴维斯分校交通研究所和土木与环境工程系毕业取得硕士和博士学位。在美国能源部橡树岭国家实验室工作14年升至Distinguished Research Scientist后，于2022年回归祖国加盟华南理工大学未来技术学院。他曾发表过100多篇专业文章，其中期刊文章70多篇，根据谷歌学者统计，总引用数近4000，H指数35。林镇宏长期主持美国能源部的多个交通能源分析项目，因开发汽车能源转型选择模型MA3T和参与自动驾驶汽车能源影响评估而两次获得美国能源部科学研发奖项。他是美国科学院燃油经济性研究委员会成员，参与撰写了美国国会委托、美国交通部赞助的第三期燃油经济性技术评估报告。他是IEEE Senior Member，是多个高质量学术期刊Transportation Part D, iScience, Int. Journal of Sustainable Transportation, Energy Policy的编委。

Dr. Zhenhong Lin is a professor at School of Future Technology of South China University of Technology (SCUT). Before joining SCUT in 2022, he was a Distinguished Research Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where he worked for 14 years.  He has authored over 100 technical articles on energy transition issues. Lin currently serves on the Alternative Fuels Committee of the Transportation Research Board, the editorial boards of Transportation Research Part D, iScience and Energy Policy. He served on the U.S. National Academies’ Committee on the Assessment of Technologies for Improving Fuel Economy of Light-Duty Vehicles. Lin received the 2017 Vehicle Technologies Office Distinguished Achievement Award on his contribution to a joint study on CAV energy impact. He also received the 2011 DOE Vehicle Technologies Office R&D Award for his work on modeling consumer choices of advanced powertrain technologies. He received his PhD in Transportation Engineering in 2008 and MS in Transportation Technology & Policy from University of California, Davis. Before that, Lin obtained his BE/MS in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
